This service consists in teaching how to swim correctly, with technique and style. It can be taught in persons from three years to seniors, and it’s a lifesaver and age does not prevent learning what can be a pleasant recreation (or become a personal sport in which you outline feats and goals), you just have to be willing to begin your classes and be confidant.
The learning of technique is an area for all people who want to have a resolution in their style, they not necessarily have to be or want to be professional swimmers, it’s for all those who wish to learn how to improve their technique to gain a superior flow; or be stylized visually if that is what they want, as style and grace goes hand in hand with efficiency.
There is always something new to improve to be faster and better, the good thing is there is always something new to assimilate in this sport.

We offer Training Plans for Swimmers, triathletes and people who want to practice the sport to have a good physical condition or just for hobby.
If I coach, you have to know that the important thing about a workout plan is not only swimming, but the set of assets that must be learned and united in purpose so you can get to success, it will help, if you visualize the goal.
The learning plan consist of different phases, I will help, you have to commit and apply what you learn, as always in sports, the hours of practice have a regular schedule, but for some, there will be also be a course in your time and according to your personal circumstances, in a twelve hour day we can accommodate our schedule to fit your needs in practice.
We offer a quarterly, semiannual and annual plan.
